This is a nice large bedroom in a small 3 bedroom house. its located in Cotati walking distance to Railroad station, Grocery store, 1 mile from Sonoma State University. There is a pool, large open space in a park like setting, front and backyard patio. Only drawback is shared bathroom. One full bath upstairs just out bedroom door and half bath downstairs. The room is approximately 160 square ft. New carpet installed within the last month. If need be it could be furnished with a twin bed a dresser and a desk. That accommodation is available. I am a 62 year old male, retired looking for work. I'm looking for a roommate who is easy going, works, is clean, considerate, quiet at night, and someone I can live with. I cook usually every night and make excellent coffee every morning. Come by and take a look.
