Again, all tenants need to have a stable job, full time student, good vibes and fill out an application before moving in, then sign a month to month agreement with a 30- day move out notice. Require last 2 pay stubs. Need written reference from your current landlord. When you visit us to see our home, we will sit and discuss house rules and preview the leasing written agreement.
