About the room: Unfurnished or furnished room available for rent in a female household. Located in beautiful Green Valley/Fairfield. The room is available furnished or partially furnished. There’s a desk, tv, luxurious queen bed, and plenty of storage.
Nestled in a safe HOA community, the house is walking distance from Costco, restaurants, hiking trails, and public transit. There’s a washer and dryer downstairs, upscale furnishings, new central heat and AC, stainless steel appliances, and peaceful backyard space. Tenant is free to enjoy all the home has to offer.
Utilities and monthly cleaning of common areas are included in rent. There is a refundable $500 deposit. Single occupancy, no pets, since we’re sharing common areas we’re looking for a female tenant.
