We have one private small furnished room for rent nestled in the heart of green valley, Fairfield, ca. It has a shared bathroom with my son who is 16yrs old, and is rarely home, so he won't be a problem. The room comes with a queen sized bed, clean sheets, and a flat screen tv mounted on the wall. This beautiful townhouse is located to multiple banks, Anytime fitness gym, Safeway, and Costco. We are also walking distance from the lake, Nelda Mundy elementary school, the pool, and there is a hiking trail nearby. We are only 15 min away from Napa valley home of the wine country, the most elegant place to be in. Military or working professionals are encouraged to apply, room is good for only one male person, serious inquires only please. Six months or longer is preferred. The private room will be available on February , and the rent per month will be 975 utilities are included. The room is only good for one male tenant.
