$750 A Month Utilities Required Except Wifi

Except wifi because we don’t have wifi here. Washer & dryer is included as well as cabinet space for food, fridge space & there is a storage unit available for stuff just don’t use up all my storage space. We also have a washer & dryer. The room is small but fair & unfurnished. You can fit any sized bed in there. We have a living room, dining room, fair sized kitchen, 2 patios, & 1 bathroom the room mates share. There are 2 bathrooms in total. This household supplies positive healing energy. We are all young & like to party although we do not throw parties here. I will not have people I don’t know, knowing where I live, so any guests must be authorized through me first. Couples are more than welcome. This is primarily a female household although there is one male here too. As long as you have good energy, clean your own mess & keep any/all arguments in your room with bills paid on time. I don’t care what time of day you come & go as long as you don’t slam my doors. I’m not your momma nor do I want to be. I don’t care if you smoke or drink as long as it doesn’t disturb the household including the energy & bills being paid. Prefer not to have an alcoholic in the house. (We do drink frequently just not every day) Just respect my home & I’ll respect you. We get purified water delivered on a monthly basis along with hello fresh sometimes. There is 1 cat here who is hypoallergenic meaning she wont trigger any allergies. Must supply your own furniture (I know some affordable places to shop in town& support our locals)pay bills early, wash your own dishes, & please don’t be toxic! We are healing here! I will kick you out if you’re energy is not right! Parking is available on the street. If you don’t have a vehicle & need one I have one for rent as well, I will only discuss this with anyone who actually moves in & needs it. No sex offenders, we live next to an elementary school & middle school. If I find out you are one, may the universe spare your soul when I’m done with you. That’s all.
