The larger bedroom of a 2bed/1ba unit is available for $775. All utilities, including cable and WiFi are included, except for PG&E which is split in half. This would be a lease takeover, so you?ll have to apply with the leasing office and be approved to take over the lease. January rent has been paid. But the room is available for immediate move in upon being approved to take over my half of the lease. No deposit, you would be responsible for February and March rent. The lease ends at the end of March, however, you have the option to renew, the current roommate would like to renew the lease.
