Available in July or August. Charming furnished upstairs private room rent with shared 1+1/2 bathrooms in a safe, quiet, clean, Christian home.

Room can be occupied only with one person. Rent and deposit is required first of the month. Room is furnished but you may bring your own furniture if you want and I will remove the furniture that is currently in the room.

There are 1 and 1/2 shared bathrooms.. There is also a shared patio and deck with beautiful water and mountain view. Of course the kitchen is shared and washer and dryer.

I like a quiet peaceful environment. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome so this is a requirement. I would like my new roommate to respect this.

I have two friendly loving cats. It is a requirement that the new roommate like cats and be respectful to them and responsible to not let them out the front door. They are indoor cats only.

The The deck has a spectacular picturesque view of the Carquinez Straits waters and adjourning mountainside. My home located in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of trees walking distance to the Southampton shopping center. and located off of 780 freeway.

Roommate Requirements:
-must be a working individual
-quiet and respectful person
-no overnight guests, no guests in the rest of the house
-no smoking, drugs, marijuana or alcohol permitted in the home
-no dogs or cats
-clean background check
