Looking to rent to a woman, professional, only cause I have a 7 year old child I'm raising and also cause woman seem cleaner. We're laid back, my boys a good kid. We laugh allot, I watch sports, my place is a quiet apartment complex, we have our own washer dryer inside, pool and gym in complex, i don't drink , can't have that around my kid. Also i pay for cable and ask you to chip in 30% for pg&e. Otherwise we just have a safe and happy place....
