I am relocating for work, and my roommate would like to remain in the apartment. The complex is peaceful, safe, and beautifully landscaped, offering excellent amenities such as a large gym, two stunning pools, and a hot tub.

The apartment also includes a spacious storage unit located within the patio wall, so it's conveniently accessible. The patio itself is generously sized and covered, perfect for adding plants or outdoor furniture. In addition, there is in-unit laundry.

The master bedroom, which I currently occupy, will be available starting 2/1/25. It features an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. This is a fantastic place to live, which is why my roommate wants to stay. I'm now looking for someone to replace me as her new roommate.

You will not have to pay the deposit because my roommate and I already paid upon moving in. Please keep in mind once I move out, the living room and master bedroom will not be furnished. If you would like to live here, you will need to be added to the lease and go through a quick background check with the apartment front office.
