The room will be available close to end of May. Both rooms come with its own parking space;1 covered parking and the other uncovered parking.

Looking for a professional (preferred male), clean, no pets, non-smoking, no drug, no alcohol and financially
responsible person (Only 1 person. No couple.) On site coin-operated laundry facility is available.
Shared areas include kitchen, dinning and living room.
You will split utilities and internet costs among yourself.

Monthly rent for each room is $950 with a security deposit of $950.
Garbage and water are paid for.

7.5 miles to Googleplex in Mountain View
3.4 miles to Apple Spaceship campus in Cupertino.

Property manager will do the initial screening. If it looks OK, he will pass info to current occupants so you all can arrange a time to meet.

Once you and the current occupants are OK, we will proceed with filling rental application form and you will pay $25.00 for credit check.

If credit check is OK, we will take your security deposit and sign a lease agreement.

Lease will be a minimum of 6 months.
