I am looking for a clean roommate who is looking for a tastefully designed and updated apartment to live in. You will have a 200-300 sq. ft bedroom with a private bath, dedicated uncovered parking available within 1 mile of the Sunnyvale Caltrain station and access to an in-unit washer dryer. There is also heat in your room and a portable A/C unit for the living room only.
We are located in a private and quiet complex less than 1 mile to a freeway entrance, close to a Safeway and Machado Park off of Lawrence Expressway.
The apartment is on the second floor with no upstairs neighbors inside of a gated community.
The living area is exceptionally well-furnished and welcoming to guests which you are welcome to invite over on the weekends and even stay overnight in your room! As the unit is exceptionally quiet, I would like to find someone who is neighborly and considerate of their fellow human below them!
The living room does not have a TV at this time and is free of major electronics due to the design choice and being more conducive for conversations and hosting. You are absolutely welcome to bring your personal electronics into the living room space to lounge.
