- the other renter will have 2 private Bedrooms, 1 private Bath and a living space
- the kitchen would be shared
- the house is semi-furnished with sofa, TV and dining table in first floor (need to bring your own bed for bedroom upstairs)
- 12 mins walking distance from Sunnyvale cal train station
- walking distance to Whole Foods, Target, Sunnyvale downtown, and AMC movieplex

A bit about myself: Am an easy-going, flexible person working at a tech company. My hobbies are reading, watching movies, medium distance running, exploring new Bay area restaurants, and traveling the world to discover new places/cities. My wife works at a different location and visits me for a week or two each month (you must be comfortable with that, else please do not apply). We are both from India, in our mid-30s, fun-loving, easy-going, clean, usually quiet and very respectful of the needs of our fellow roommates.
