Nice Room, Nice Housemates, Nice Neighborhood

A last minute move out has made this pleasant 100 square foot private room with a large closet and shared bathroom available for rent. I'll update the photos tomorrow.

Our house doesn't have those stupid rules like "LiGht CoOkiNg" or "nO OvErNiGHt GuEsTs". We have a great fully outfitted kitchen. We have storage space. We are considerate and mature adults. We respect each others space and clean up after ourselves. The neighbors are great, the neighborhood is safe, we've never had a package stolen. Parking is always available. We have a washer and dryer.

To give you an idea of how much I like it here, I've been willing to commute to SF every day for the past 3 years. That's how much I like this house.

I'm Ben, I work at SFO. Also living here are Kristen and Marcellus. Kristen works for a financial firm and Marcellus is an investor. We're all in our 20's. None of us are drinkers or smokers.

1st month and 825 damage deposit due to move in. We all pay an even share of the utilities. Budget 100 bucks for this, but it usually averages to be less. We're looking for a February 1st move in. But if you pass the background check and pay early, you can move in early. The landlord will need a credit report and employment verification.
