1 room for rent

Room, no sealing fan anymore

Hello everyone,
We are renting 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. My husband, my 3 year old boy, and I will be taking the master bedroom. The 2 other rooms in the hallway would share the main bathroom. We are asking for 1 person per room, but depending on the situation we may make an exception and allow 2. Currently, there is only 1 person in the other room and we are now trying to fill in this room for $1050 (our current roommate there is moving to Canada). We would like someone who is committed and willing to stay long term in each room. Light kitchen use is preferred. Utilities and internet are included in the rent. We also take care of the cleaning (although we do apreciate people who keep clean and tidy). The apartment has 2 laundry sites, a pool, a barbecue area, a sauna, a recreation room, a billiards table, an exercise room, and best of all, a community vegetable garden. Parking is available if you need it. The room is available on the 20th of January. If you require a roommate so that you can split the one bedroom rent, we can talk about that too (Although a roommate would increase your rent just slightly).

A little about ourselves: My husband works for a AAA subcontracting company as a battery technician. I just graduated from San Jose State with a corporate finance and accounting degree and am currently looking for a job in my field.
We are good, clean people and would really like to live with someone who is like this as well.
