1 bedroom w shared bathroom and shared crazy

We?ve got a bedroom that?s awfully empty and in need of a new friend to fill it. We are 4 20-30 somethings (as well as 3 cats, a dog, and a punk rock rabbit) living in a great house just south of SJSU. We are one person short of having the perfect household!

In exchange for friendship (and ~$950/m plus deposit), you get four new two legged friends, four four legged furry friends, and one 3 legged, furry, ocd friend. Oh, and a great bedroom, w walk in closet, access to shared kitchen, shared common food stuffs like eggs and butter, paper products, Wi-Fi, electric, water, heat, trash, coffee, and laundry!! And if you?re REALLY lucky, maybe access to Netflix, Hulu, amazon prime, and Disney plus.

None of us are perfect, (except maybe one or two of the furry ones) and we don?t expect you to be either. We just want someone who will respect everyone else, clean up after themselves, and hopefully not remain a reclusive Sm?agol in their room whenever they are home. And if you couldn?t tell by now, we try not to take ourselves too serious, but we always try and make sure we keep the house a home and a place of refuge from....life.
