Room in 6 bedroom home

We’re looking for someone to fill a room in our 6bd/2.5ba house near SCU starting August 1st. We’ve all lived together for a few years and have a great dynamic — friendly, respectful, and laid-back.

We’re not super strict about most things, but we do value cleanliness. Big house means things can get messy fast, so we keep a simple chore routine that helps everything stay comfortable.

The room is upstairs, has carpet, two closets, and you’d share a bathroom with four others. The house has a shared kitchen and living room, plenty of street parking, and a big backyard that’s great for hanging out or relaxing.

We’re all SCU-affiliated in some way. We like to hang as a house sometimes but also do our own thing. We like to set up quick interviews to make sure it’s a good fit :)
