About the room:

We have one room open to rent in a 3 BR 2 BA home in Santa Clara. The room if very spacious and has a beautiful view of the backyard through the full sliding door. There are blinds on the door also if you want a little more privacy. The room is roughly 135 SF (10'-10" x 12'-6") and comes with a private full bath that shares a wall with the bedroom as well as an attached closet. You'll have full access to the rest of the house as well. The house does have AC & Heating.

The house is conveniently located and access to the major freeways is quick and easy. It is also about a mile from Santa Clara University and the Santa Clara Cal Trans Station.

About us:

We are a young professional couple, both 30. We like to get out as much as we can whether that is hiking, camping, wine tasting, traveling or anything active. Both very easy going and keep a clean house. Ideally we would find someone to move in who has similar interest.

Unfortunately the garage that is pictured is set up as a workshop and you will not have access to it. If some small storage is needed we can try to fit it in but there is not much room in the garage.
