COVID-CAUTIOUS HOUSEHOLD. Perfect for someone serious about avoiding infection but wants to extend their social circle to the folks within a household. We use delivery for food/groceries. Socialize only outdoors, 6+ feet apart, and with masks on. We have a good supply of FDA-authorized KN95 masks, sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes for the household to use.

About us:
2 Bay Area natives in their early 30?s; married couple working at reputable tech companies; no PDA, no drama, been together for 12 years. We are social and enjoy building good relationships.
In our free time during Shelter-In-Place, we watch Anime/Netflix, play tennis, work on house plants, and a few other fun activities.
We have a smart little 2-year-old that communicates really well and is not at home during working hours or most of the weekend days. She stays with grandma, who is in a 3-person Covid-strict household where everyone stays home all day.

Miscellaneous post-Covid considerations if you?re looking to rent our room long-term: we?re a 7 minute walk to Caltrain, across the street from a Costco, awesome commute location (right off Central, Lawrence Expressway, and 101), and a few retail shops and a community center with a coffee shop are currently being built steps away from our house.
