Looking for one or two working professional/roommates to share a large 4 bedroom 2 bath house in a quite neighborhood in Santa Clara near Montague Ave and Highway 101. Bedroom is unfurnished and bathroom will be shared by one other potential roommate. I am open to renting both rooms to one person. Home has dual paned windows, upgraded bath and new pergo flooring. Pets may be considered but a one time pet fee will be required. The home currently has one dog. There is a nice back yard and plenty of street parking. Rent is $1050.00 per month plus a $1050 deposit. Available immediately . Washer and dryer available for use.

Bedroom are approximately 10' x 10. Kitchen, living room, dining room are furnished and shared. It is a nice, clean place, with a friendly environment. Must be neat and clean.
