I am seeking a non-smoking person to rent a room in my large, clean 3 bedroom/2 bath condo.

Month-to-month rent: $1200 + 1/2 of utilities that include electric bill and WIFI. Includes cleaning service and water.

The available bedroom is fully furnished which includes full bed, dresser, nightstand, fridge and microwave. If you have your own bedroom furniture, that's no problem. I can accommodate. It has a huge closet. You will share the main bathroom only with visitors.

The condo complex has lagoons, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, small gym, clubhouse with pool table and ping pong table. There Is plenty of guest parking. The condo is located in a nice, quiet, safe, neighborhood within walking distance of grocery stores, parks, coffee and eateries.

Near Apple, Kaiser, Nvidia,, Santa Clara University, Valley Fair, Santana Row, etc.
13 minutes from San Jose International Airport
14 minutes from Caltrain Station
Close to Freeways 101, 880, 280, 17

I am looking for a clean, responsible person.
I have pets so, unfortunately, I cannot accept more pets.
