Looking for a respectful, chill, and reliable housemate to join our home! Here’s what you need to know:

The Room:
• Approximately 104 sq. ft. plus a 2’ x 4’ closet for extra storage.
• 4 outlets (one on each wall) and a window for natural light.

The House:
You’ll have access to all shared spaces and amenities, including:
• Fridge space and full use of the kitchen.
• Communal spaces: living room, dining room, guest bathroom, front yard, backyard, and the garage (note: garage space is tight right now but improving!).
• Washer/dryer for your convenience.
• Easy parking right outside.
• Fast internet for work or play.
• Located in a chill, quiet neighborhood with mostly older families—very safe and peaceful.

Who We Are:
The house is currently shared by me and two brothers who share a room. We’re all super chill, polite, and courteous, and we’re looking for someone who fits the vibe.

Rent & Utilities:
• Rent: $1,000/month
• Utilities: Split evenly between the tenants (PG&E, city waste, and internet monthly; water every two months). This typically ranges from $85 to $125 per month per person.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone respectful, reliable, and easy-going.
• Clean and considerate of shared spaces.
• Financially responsible (able to pay rent and utilities on time).
