Hi Guys! I’m looking for a male roommate to share a 2BD/2BA unit in downtown San Jose, close to San Pedro Square, SAP Center, City Hall, etc. Building amenities include pool and fitness center. Close to all major freeways. Unit is on the 19th floor with spectacular views.

Rent is $1300 per month, including utilities. Parking available at extra cost.

About me: I'm a 41 year old gay male. I'm a working professional, friendly, easy going, clean and open-minded. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I’m always down to explore something new, grab some food or an occasional happy hour. I enjoy music, movies, tv, sports, fitness and the outdoors.

I like to cultivate a supportive and comfortable living situation. I work typical business hours during the week and am home in the evenings and weekends. I've been friends with most of my roommates. I prefer to have a male roommate that is also clean and open-minded. Ideally living with a guy that is gay or gay-friendly would be great. I have a disability and use a wheelchair, so please be cool with that. I’d be willing to reduce the rent per month in exchange for some personal care help with daily living needs if interested (Just ask).
