I have a spare room to rent in my house. It is just me and my husband who live here, and we have a couple of spare rooms. We are planning to rent one of these rooms. Room has walk in closet, private small patio, and dedicated bathroom. Your patio will have the most amazing view and sunsets. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. You are welcome to use our kitchen, but we would like minimal kitchen use (no more than a few hours a week). We will not be using your patio and bathroom at all.
