Roomate needed to sign lease

Hello everyone. Unfortunately the site didn't give us an option for what we are looking for. We need a roomate to sign a lease or month to month contract for a 2 bedroom In South San Jose, or Willow Glen. We've already gathered our needed paperwork and have spoken to owners about 2 rental properties. We just have to find a replacement for our friend who can no longer room with us. We are looking to move within the next 2 weeks. It would be a 2 bed 2 bath. The rentals we've toured are UNDER $2100 so no matter how we split the price, a single person would pay no more than $975.00 and a couple would pay equal to us. We've had our fair share of crazy, horrible disrespectful mates and we just will not tolerate that. We have a roomate agreement so we all respect one another. We don't care if you smoke outside as long as it isn't inside. You can cook whenever or have guests over, drink etc. Our point is that we don't want to live at a place with crazy restrictions. At the same time not having those is a privilege. So for us that means not abusing the privileges we have. Many other rentals do not allow cooking or friends over and curfews etc. We want to have a chill, laid back, POSITIVE environment. That's it. Home should be a place of refuge. We do not tolerate screaming, disrespect, drinking and partying when someone has work the next morning etc. We are very very laid back people. Cleanliness is a big one. We truly just want to find a good person who is honest, kind and pays rent on time. It would be our place EQUALLY. It would be your place as much as it is ours. If you are interested please let us know asap. Normally we would take much more time with this. However we need to find a roomate as soon as possible so we are able to move forward with the applications. As for a couple- We all know it can be a gamble. It is something I've given thought to as I am sure there are those who are not the argumentative type. For a couple the rent would be equal to us. So $1050.00 Please contact me and tell me a little about yourself. Also before move in- Should we decide to move forward, we ask for a reference from your current or previous landlord. Again we just have to be careful as someone toxic has the ability to create a negative environment that effects our quality of life. We really don't want any problems. That's about it lol.
