The room is in the top third floor, the entire floor is yours including a large UNFURNISHED bedroom with private bathroom and a walk-in closet. lots of sunlight and hill view. outside the room there is a Den area where a small office or living room can be placed. In-unit washer and dryer (shared). backyard and kitchen are common areas

Female professionals only. I prefer someone that is not home a lot, minimal cooking, no smoking, no partying and no pets. No over-night guests and minimal visitors. you are responsible for cleaning your own room and after yourself in the common areas. parking is off the street. utilities are included in the price: high speed internet, water, garbage, gas, electric, gardening, basic TV. excessive use of utilities will result in additional charges on month by month basis. to sign need one month deposit, first and last month rent.
