The house is located on the san jose/milpitas border in a quiet safe neighborhood (about 10 minutes from downtown san jose) It is conviently close to bart and valley transportation authority (light rail). There is plenty of parking and storge space if needed. There is a washer and dryer in the garage which you will have access to where you can do laundry at your leisure. The backyard is also available for your enjoyment as well if youd like to bbq or just hangout back there it?s totally cool! Your room is located right next to the bathroom which youd be sharing. Its a standard 10x12 with a big closet and lots of overhead storage space.
The only requirements i ask is to be respectful and to not be unreasonable noisy as myself and my other roomate usually work long hours and start early. Please be clean and clean up after yourself especially in the kitchen. You are free to use whatever you need in the kitchen and do some light cooking. Thats pretty much it!! Thanks for reading
