Master Bdrm for Rent Off Tully Road

I have a room that will be available for rent on September 1st. This is in a 3 bedroom house in which you will be a roommate with myself and my other roommate whom I share a bathroom with.

Your room has its own bathroom inside that includes a shower (no bathtub). Feel free to use my bathroom bathtub if you like. Pictures of the room are included (please excuse the mess, roommate currently moving out)

It is important that you like dogs because I have a good boye who lives at the house. You don't have to let him in your room of course but if you're walking around the house just know that he will probably follow you and ask for tummy rubs.

Rent is $1,100 and security deposit is $350.00. First month's rent and sec deposit are due on your move in day. If you need to move in some stuff early, we have plenty of room in our garage.

There is 1 spot for you in our driveway. We usually have 3 cars parked (1 per roommate) but there is room for a 4th car if someone has guests.

Other important things:

-no racists/homophobics/sexists or any of that. We are nice people and our 3rd roommate needs to be that way as well.
-bills are split 3 ways between the 3 of us. internet is about $20/month each. water is usually around $100-150 (before splitting) and pge is usually around $100-$200 (before splitting)
-friendly house. we don't smoke in the house but you should be ok with it smelling sometimes in the garage or out in the backyard/frontyard
-Guest rules: feel free to have people over and there is no nightly limit on how much your guest can stay, just don't abuse the rule
-MUST be clean in the kitchen. Recently had to get the house fumigated because previous roommate was very messy.
-We have a house heater but no AC, so we use fans during summer to keep house cool.
-no dogs or cats please. any other pets you'd keep in your room (lizards, fish, etc.) are totally fine but having the one dog is more than enough
