Private Room in Large Modern Home!

Hello!

We (myself and one other current roommate) are currently seeking a third roommate to join us in our 2200 sqft home. Some details about our home:

- Very new (built 2014)
- Giant open floor plan with a huge kitchen
- We are a tech home (Solar panels, Nest, Gigabit fiber, wired/wireless access in each room, 70" communal TV, Chromecast-connected speakers, and lots more)
- We've got a great rec-room with weight machines, treadmills, elliptical, etc (opens at 5AM every morning!)
- There is a communal pool 60 seconds walking distance from our house!
- We are less than 4 minutes from Safeway, Target, Costco, and Kaiser Permanente
- We are less than 3 minutes away from the 85 freeway
- One of Northern California's newest In-And-Outs just opened up within 2 minutes driving distance of us!
- Your shared bathroom is a double vanity (you would have your own sink and drawers!)
- We've got just about every single communal amenity you'd want (lots of glasses/cutlery/bowls/plates, plenty of cookware, TV, couches, barstools, etc. We just need you and whatever you'd like to fit in your bedroom
- We have excellent air-conditioning and we're not afraid to use it :)
- You'll have some space for storage in the garage, but the parking spots in it are already occupied. Street parking is available, and we will soon be getting tenant-permitted parking to make it even easier.

About us and what we're looking for:

- Me: 28 year old Male Operations Engineer working for Google
- Other Roommate: 28 year old Male Finance Specialist (mainly high-tech/startup finance)
- We like to live minimally and cleanly. We try not to bring too much stuff home!
- We are all well past our college dorm days; we don't drink to get drunk (we occasionally sip on craft beer and try out nicer wines/scotch), and we don't do drama :)
- We are extremely easy to get along with!
- We aren't just looking for a roommate but also friend; we want you to be comfortable enough to hang out with us from time, grab dinner, do something different on the weekend, etc
- We like video games (big one for me!), movies, TV shows, trying out new restaurants (especially desserts), going out on weekends, and just hanging out!

Ideally, we're looking for someone with shared interests (working in Tech, Finance, or Medicine is a huge plus!).

We are really easy to get along with, and are looking forward to meeting new people.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
- Because the new tenant will be sharing a bathroom with a current male roommate, we would prefer a male.
- While we'll consider everyone, you should know our house is not child-friendly in any way :(
- The terms of our lease with our landlord stipulate that no pets can live with us. We particularly love dogs, but sadly, we won't be able to house your furry friend, sorry about that!
- Our landlord may request a credit check and/or a background check, please be ready for that!

Out lease officially begins October 1st. If this doesn't quite match your timeframe, message me anyway! We might be able to work something out.
