I have a 1 bedroom with direct rooftop access in a 3 floor Townhouse-style apartment. Available for rent as early as February but may be flexible.
Why am I looking for a renter?
I have recently accepted a new position outside of San Jose. Therefore, I will need to relocate.
What do you love about this place?
Great location in North San Jose. Near many large tech companies for easy commute. Walking distance of Target, restaurants, VTA (Champion or Tasman stop), soccer park, and Levi Stadium! Our rooftop has a great view of mountain range! Amenities include: Floor-to-ceiling Windows, Dishwasher and Microwave, In-home Washer and Dryer, Private Roof Top, Central Heat and Air Conditioning, ClosetGranite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances.
Who I am looking for?
Clean, responsible, respectful to others and has a full time professional job. This room will only rent to one person, but not a couple.
Who will you live with?
Current roommate (early 30s) is an easy-going, dog lover, that spends most of his time with his girlfriend or at Apple.

Monthly Rent = $1701.50 + utilities (~$50)
Deposit required = $1590
Move-in = 02/09/19 (earliest but can be flexible)
Move-out = 08/13/2019 (will sign onto the existing lease not a new 12 month contract)
Parking = Free parking on nearby streets. You may purchase a parking spot in gated resident lot if interested.
