Room in Spacious Home in Friendly Neighborhood

Hello,

We have a 121 square feet bedroom (roughly 11'x11') available for rent for single occupancy. A very spacious, modern bathroom is shared. The room and shared bathroom are free of problems. The bedroom can be minimally furnished if needed. The house is a spacious 2150 sq. ft., 4-bed, 3-bath with central A/C & heating.

Internet (wifi), water, and utilities are included in the price. Our clothes washer and dryer are available for use.

Our neighbors are very friendly, and the neighborhood is usually quiet. There is plenty of parking spaces on our street.

During summer time, a neighborhood community swimming pool is available for use, without fees. A neighborhood community club house is available for events throughout the year, with fees, when schedule space is available.

If you are in college with an internship, or a working professional, this would be an ideal house/room/place for your stay.

Month-to-month rental, with initial deposit of equal value of rent.

Restrictions: definitely no smoking, no pets, no guest visits (exceptions can be made for your family members), no overnight guests, no drunkenness, no full meal/course cooking (light stove usage, uses of microwave and oven are encouraged). We do have regular early morning schedules, so our quiet time starts at 9:30 pm. No storage space in other parts of the house is available.
