We are professional couple with 2 kids, looking for a responsible tenant to share a room.
We live in Evergreen area which is very close to Evergreen college. This room is a very nice room with a large walk in closet. We have a queen bed, if you already have your own, we can move it to a different room.
You have a big bathroom outside the room and a cleaner can clean it once every 2 weeks.
You will be the only one who will use the bathroom unless we have guests over (very rare)
You can use laundry in the garage.
We don't allow guests overnight. Don't use personal heat or AC for safety reason
