Beautiful San Jose/Fruitdale Private Room Suite!!!

Very convenient, safe, luxury apartment community 12 minutes to downtown San Jose, close to I-280, great location for commuters, train station located near property as well.

The room is available furnished with new furniture and mattress, ready to go. I can provide linens/towels if helpful. We will mutually share the living space, all utilities included in the rate. If you are a couple, I ask that we split the total rent in thirds, so you will pay for 2/3 of total or $2,000-$2,050 depending on utilities for the month. Wifi is included.

Looking for a tenant who does not have financial troubles (working professional is best), you must pay on time the first business day of every month. Also I am a fairly quiet person, very clean, respectful and prefer someone similar - no parties please, though you can certainly have friends over to the pool and use the recreation room too.

Property offers parking garage if preferred or ample street parking. Pool, gym, recreational room are included as well.

I am asking for a one month minimum tenancy, but if all works out between us would love to consider a 12 month arrangement.
