We are looking for a respectful, friendly and responsible person to share our wonderful home. Transplants welcome! Current languages spoken: English, German, French, a little Japanese and occasionally Cantonese. This is the perfect place for both executives that are looking for a relaxing reprieve and young professionals that are new to the area, who are looking for a great community. Biking distance to Seagate and Apple, including their new campus. Bus station right outside the House (Line 26, to Lockheed Martin and various Light Rail stations).

We have a normal sized bedroom (roughly 9 x 13.4) with a shared (1 male, 1 female) fully updated bath available in our home. It is currently furnished with a Queen bed and two nightstands. Any of these can be removed in case you would like to bring your own furniture. There is extra storage space in the upstairs Family room for you to use.

Normally the house is peaceful and quiet during the standard work week. Despite our busy day-to-day, we greet one another and check in with each other whenever possible. We value keeping an open and friendly atmosphere. Occasionally we'll eat or watch shows together. Once in awhile we plan really awesome larger events. It's been a while since our last big gathering, which was a "escape-the-room" style Halloween party. However, NO crazy parties here. This is a 100% drug and cigarette/vape/smoke-free household.

Your future roomies are: A male (American) and female teacher (German-American), who enjoy board games, the not frequent enough hike, good food and conversation. A male engineer (Nigerian, RPS Group) and a female BizDev & Strategy Associate Manager (Nigerian-American, Startup) that love rice, watching stuff and working on their side projects. A male engineer (German, Apple) and a female architect (Chinese-Canadian, Vinoly), who like day/weekend trips, biking to work, food shows (especially British) and baking.

This remodeled single family house has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It features new hardwood and tile floors throughout, with carpet in the bedrooms. The home is nicely furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen. We have a 60" smart TV, Netflix, Apple TV, 125mb dual band Internet and Ethernet throughout house. There is a large backyard with fruit trees, a giant Egyptian palm for shade and two planting beds for gardening opportunities. We also have a BBQ and covered gazebo perfect for lounging in the backyard. The house is in an extremely safe and nice area with plenty of parking.
