Room for rent in Palo Alto home

Hi There!

I am moving out with some friends and I am looking for someone to take over my room.

About the room/house:

This will be a month to month lease. The room is very spacious can fit a queen sized bed, a desk, dresser, and there is also a closet that has a lot room too. We have a big kitchen that has a lot of room for you to cook. We have a garage that we have created into a home gym, which has been wonderful during these odd times! There is a ton of street parking so you will never have to worry about finding a spot. There is also dryer and washer in the house. We are super close to highway 101, walking distance from a safeway, CVS and a Walgreens a few miles away from Stanford, and downtown Palo Alto.

About your future roommates:

You will be living with very respectful 4 roommates in their mid to late 20s. They are all in the tech industry and right now all of them are working from home. However, everyone is very respectful and stays in their rooms it is very quiet during working hours. We like to have game nights and BBQs sometimes but also have a high importance of respecting each others privacy.. Overall, I truly wonderful group of people!
