Looking for an awesome roomate to rent my guest room. The guest room was previously the living room and has been converted into a HUGE bedroom with separate (front door) entrance.
About the house: First floor (only) of a 2-story home built in the early 1900s. 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. 1300+/-sf home. Washer/dryer in unit. High ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, very spacious! Breakfast/dining room located off the kitchen. Small shared family room. Some storage available in unfinished basement. Upstairs is a separate unit with two tenants (they have their own entrance). Close to 280/SJSU/downtown San Jose.
The room will be mostly unfurnished. Two armories are available for you to use and couch (in photos) is for sale.
Current roommate is moving up to SF. She expects to move out by June 1st, but could move out a bit earlier. Working professional preferred.
