It is carpeted. This room is located in a 1100 sq. ft. townhome, the living quarters, living room, kitchen, dining room and patio are downstairs with a half bath and the upstairs is equipped with a washer and dryer(no need to go to the laundromat) and has 2 bedrooms and 1. 1/2 bath.

We share the upstairs bath with shower in it. 3 other people live here so the shower is whoever needs to be out the door first in mornings. My wife and I are home working so we use the shower after everyone leaves. So it’s really between you and our other roommate who is out by 730 in the morning and he takes a shower at night! However we use the bathroom downstairs and you and the other roommate uses the bathroom upstairs.

You do not mind living with a professional married couple, me(58). , him(64), and another roommate in other spare bedroom. And a female medium sized dog(4 years of age) (non-aggressive breed), and an indoor cat(3 years of age), (the female indoor cat does not have access to upstairs. Nor does the dog.

The room has aside table and a California king size bed. and 1 lamp and a big closet along one wall.

It does have a portable air conditioner. and is upstairs.
It is a 10 x 13 ft size. No allergies to pets as we have an indoor cat and a border collie mix dog.

this room for rent is in a very convenient location in Mountain View in a townhome. It is located on the border of Sunnyvale , right off of Central Expressway and 5 minutes to downtown Castro Street. Short distance to freeway’s 85 and 101 very close to supermarkets, and various high-tech Companies.

Sorry, my husband and I already have the allowed maximum of pets, so no pets are allowed with you.

About us: We are a married couple, professional who does like to keep to themselves, other roommate is very quiet and usually stays in his room.

however, occasional interaction is ok. we are into science fiction, computers, music, our pets. I do like to bake on occasion and do typically make dinner every night. I love the holidays, so would decorate. We would , maybe, watch a movie together as roommates, on occasion.

Here are financials details and move-out policy for the room:

• a $1250 one-time, move-in security deposit, totally refundable with 30 days' notice of moving out.
• a $1250 monthly rent for the room (1st of every month)
