The Apartment: Middle room is available now. Shared (1 person) bathroom in this large 1306 sq ft
apartment. Room has a small refrigerator, queen-sized bed frame, and drapes. Mirrored closet and carpet. Room size is 11'x14'8" (154 sq ft). Private parking space. Apartment complex: Great neighborhood, is beautiful, and is well maintained. We have lots of natural light. There are Milgard double-pane windows, for energy efficiency and quiet.
Common areas are living room, It has a vaulted ceiling. Kitchen, dining area, large deck (balcony, 120 sq ft). Centrally located near downtown Mountain View. Fantastic shopping, restaurants, parks, performing arts. Access to highways 85, 101, 237, and 280. Walking/running/biking/trails. Close to train lines.
The property manager is on site. (She is very nice.)

Neither of us are home very often; we are usually out of town on our days off. I am a photographer, so I'm somewhere shooting pictures.

What we are looking for: non-smoking, friendly, clean, and a little sense of humor would be great. The more, the merrier. No drugs, please. It is ok if you drink, as long as you don't get loud and tear up stuff and get crazy. Be responsible for paying your part on time. PG&E, comcast, and rent. Included in the rent is, waiter, garbage and sewer.

What is needed: $600.00 for security (in cash). Background and security checks are done by management. We rent through a management company.
There is a $35.00 fee for that. Renters insurance. I will share my insurance with you. It is not due until October, then it would be about $65.00 per year. Of course, if you would rather get your own, feel free.
