Single Room in 2 bed apartment in Sunnyvale

Hi there!! I have a private room available in a two bedroom, one bath apartment. Its located in a nice, safe area of Sunnyvale. Only about a 5 minute drive (20 min walk) to the heart of downtown Sunnyvale and caltrain station. Apartment complex is very well maintained: gorgeous orange trees and palm trees, clean pool, and my unit is very close to the onsite laundry room which is a bonus! We’ll be sharing a bathroom, and you have total access to the living room and kitchen. The room is unfurnished and there is parking available as well.

Utilities (pg&e and internet) will be split equally, which averages to about $70-$100 a month, sometimes even less. No security deposit is required. You will need to submit an application which has a $38 fee and once that is in, a new rental agreement will be issued and we will both have to sign it. I would prefer something longer term (6+ months), but the agreement is month-to-month, so i’m open to short-term though a 30 day move out notice is mandatory. About me: Im Elizabeth, a 23 year old woman and bay area native. I’ve been contently living in this apartment complex with my roommate since March 2022, but he’s leaving this coming April, so I’m urgently looking for someone to replace his room (before april 1st). I’m an extremely considerate and tidy person. I love reading, live music, thrifting, and walks in nature(with a joint in hand lol). I have a 3 year old kitty named Peaches who just adores people and I make sure to clean up after her real well.

Most mornings and afternoons I spend at work, and I don’t have much company over. I don’t mind if you do, just as long as theres mutual respect, communication, and understanding. I can offer you as much privacy as you’d like, but if the occasional movie or dinner night is your jam, I’d be open to that too. If it sounds like we’d be a good fit reach out and I’d be happy to give a tour/viewing of the place beforehand :)
