- Guest room is slightly smaller (11X11) and has a separate BR (is also the common BR)

- One Closed car parking space available in the community and additional slots for extra payments. Ample visitor parking
- Walk up stairs to the second level.
- 2 weeks rent off for a full lease takeover ( I will cover that as an incentive to sign -on) Need a full lease takeover in early Feb. The total rent at this apartment is currently 3306K - new units with the same floor plan are 3600-3800+ as advertised by the Brookside Park community online right now (PINE floor plan) . There is heating, no AC. But I can leave my high power 14000 BTU WHynter AC unit all setup and working in the living area. (Cools upto 500 sq ft of space on the hottest days)

It is a rent controlled property. So rent hikes are nominal and utmost 5% annually.

- $90 or so per month for utilities (water, sewer, trash, gas) .
- PG&E bills are extra (is $100 -$200 in the winter due to heating).

Building management requires a deposit for pets (I have none). This community has pretty greenery and a small brook with a Gazebo and swimming pool inside. Pet-friendly. You will be added to my lease as a Co-tenant until we find you a roommate You can bring your own roommate and take over the lease. Central to everything in the peninsula /south bay. 8 mt drive to Castro. Can bike to downtown . Minutes away from all Freeways, 880/85/237/280. Close to schools, parks and lot of restaurants.

Very spacious living area wood floors. vaulted ceilings. Closet doors are all mirrored. Kitchen has steel appliances. and granite platforms through even in the bathrooms.
