I have 2 private rooms available December 18th and January 1st in a beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Whisman Station.

About the room:
The rooms are south-east facing with lots of light. The rooms are unfurnished and share a full bathroom. The rooms are roughly each 10? x 10? with a wall closets.

About the townhouse:
The rest of the townhouse is fully furnished and has central heating and air conditioning. The living room has a large sectional sofa, 60? LED TV and coffee table. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, lots of cabinets and counter space. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, crock-pot, etc. There?s an attached 2 car garage with parking available and tons of storage space. The garage also has a nice washer and dryer. There?s a large balcony with lots of sunlight, space for lounging and a grill. The townhouse is located right next to the pool and spa that has a clubhouse and propane grills. Nice and quiet corner of the neighborhood free from highway or train noises. There is wifi with high speed internet. Utilities are split equally and are approximately $100 / month per person.

2 min walk to the VTA Light Rail Whisman Station in the neighborhood (with connection to CalTrain at Mountain View Station)

About me:
Late 20s engineer that enjoys camping, hiking, biking and any other outdoor activities I can make time for. I work normal hours ~ 8am - 6pm and try to get out most weekends.

$50 / month for a parking spot in the garage
