I am currently living in the master bedroom of a 4 bed/ 3.5 bath house & would like to find someone interested in renting the guest room (w/ private bathroom). The community complex has parking spot. The house has a washer & dryer, a dishwasher, & is both carpeted & hardwood.

A little about me: I am currently working as an engineer & live a very clean & active lifestyle. I do not do drugs/smoke & will not accept drugs/smoke in the house. I am a light cooker & clean up after myself.

You: Responsible single that is a professional, non-smoker/ non-drug, quiet person has the ability to pay their bills on time, light cooker or does not cook, must clean up after yourself, no pets, no guest sleep over, no shoe on carpet. If you can be around my age that would make living easier.
