Welcome To Morgan Hill

Hello. We have a 5 bedroom home in Morgan Hill, just south of San Jose and are looking for a roommate. Your rent will be $1,300 including utilities. Your bedroom is on the second level and has 2 windows, a walk in closet, and is partially furnished with a queen size bed and a dresser if needed. You will share a bathroom with one other roommate possibly, but will have your own sink, medicine cabinet and drawers for your own toiletries. You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining, family and living room areas at any time. There is a washer and dryer for your use inside our home. You will have street parking directly outside our home and be able to also enjoy our backyard patio. You’re new roommates will be a male/female couple (ages 41 and 45) with a cat that stays upstairs for the most part, and another roommate, possibly. Because we already have a cat, we would prefer no other pets. We would like to welcome you to our home beginning early July and are happy to meet you soon.
