You will be sharing my beautiful, clean peaceful home in Morgan Hill, CA, renting a fully furnished private bedroom, and bathroom.
And an area already set up as your private sitting area with a 55" flat screen TV. Property is ideal for traveling professionals.
This fully furnished bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a chest of drawer, nightstand and a closet for your belongings. It has a big screen TV with Netflix streaming.
Tenant will have full access to kitchen and laundry room, front and backyard spaces.
There is a community pool and hot tub, bocce ball court, basketball court, putting green and barbecues for your use.
Sorry; I do not allow pets or smoking of any substance on the premises.
