I have a room for rent in a newly built (2015) townhouse in Milpitas. The neighborhood is called "The Avenue". Entire place is ~1718 sq ft with 2.5 bathrooms. Featuring open concept and high ceiling, gourmet kitchen with granite counter top, large island, stainless appliances, contemporary kitchen cabinets, recessed lights, ceiling fans throughout, Dual-zone central A/C, heater. Tankless water heater. Private patio.

The room of interest is 11x10 with a shared bathroom (clean roommates). House common areas come fully furnished with TV, couches, and tables. Bed and table for the room can be provided upon request.

Location is great. Our townhouse is located within walking distance to the Light Rail, the Bart, and Great Mall. If you are planning to use public transportation, this is the place to be. If you have a car, ample street parking is also available. We are near the 880 and the 237.

Looking for a full time student or professional to take over my room. Roommate must be respectful, clean, and down to earth. Integrity is all we ask for. All the other roommates are all full time professionals (one at SAP and the other in construction).
