I am looking for a compatable housemate for a room in my home in Campbell near HI 17 & 280, 5 min. from downtown Campbell, SJ City College, Santa Clara Medical Hospital, 8 min. from Santana Row & the Pruneyard.
The room is a large-sized front bedroom with a large window facing the street. Shared bath. All kitchen and washer & dryer privileges. $1,200 a month all utilities included. No cable. Plenty of street parking. Safe & beautiful neighborhood. People and dogs are always walking by.
The house has 5 bedrooms. My teenage daughter and I live there along with one other housemate. The housemate works full time and when home sticks to her room except for cooking occasionally. I am very friendly and social and help run a meetup group for single parents. I do game nights with small groups of friends occasionally at home and about 2 medium sized party's a month centered on building community. We do a potluck and play games maybe a movie night. We wrap up by 10pm.
$1200 first month rent and $1200 deposit due upon signing rental agreement. Move in available August 27, 2025
