The room has a window facing the street where you can see people and dogs walking by. Shared bath. All kitchen and washer & dryer privileges. $1,200 a month, all utilities included. No cable. Plenty of street parking. Safe & beautiful neighborhood.
The house has 5 bedrooms. My daughter and I live there along with one other housemate. The other housemate works full time and when home sticks to her room except for cooking occasionally. I am very friendly and social and help run a meetup group for Single parents. Most of the time I am pretty quiet, but occasionally I do game nights with small groups of friends and about 2 medium sized party's a month centered on building community. We do a potluck and play games maybe a movie night. We try to wrap up by 10pm.
