About House Mates
There are a total of three roomies (two very quiet males already live in the other two rooms). The three mates are the only ones using the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck.
We (the owners) are friendly, caring people and live next door to the house. Utilities, Cable, Internet Access, Water, Garbage, and Access to Laundry & Common Area are shared and billed at a flat fee. A small pet would be okay. The whole property is non-smoking.
