I am a full time professional looking for another full time professional as a roommate. I typically work M-F and tend to be around in the evenings. I am not from the Bay Area originally; I recently moved out here from Boston for work so I try to use weekends to explore the area! I am a big sports fan (in particular college and professional football so I tend to watch that on weekends as well).
I don't need a best friend in a roommate, but would love someone I can occasionally do things with (grab dinner, see a movie, etc.). Mostly I want a roommate who is clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces (living room, kitchen). This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment so how you keep your space is your business - but please understand the mutual areas are for both of us! I have no preference on gender.
The area is amazing and this apartment comes with a parking space (I don't have a car so it is all yours). The Sunnyvale Caltrain stop is a few blocks away; Also nearby: Historic Murphy Avenue (a bunch of restaurants/bars), Starbucks, FlyWheel, Orange Theory, Target, and coming in 2019 Whole Foods and an AMC Theatre.
If you think this could work for you please contact me.
