I have fallen in love with this Hallmark movie town. It’s my little slice of Heaven 💕 Tons of things to do within strolling distance. Wine tasting, restaurants, boutiques, salons and so many gorgeous hiking trails! Los Gatos is 6 minutes away as well and it’s a lot of fun, too.
This is truly a house to share so make yourself at home. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a dresser, night stand and very comfy bed. It also has a flat screen TV and high speed internet. Heating and A/C. We have a washer/dryer, beautiful kitchen, nice back yard (being re-done currently with new furniture and new flooring). Cute bar setup in living room. Everything looks modern and so tastefully done.

Me: I’m mid 40’s but love to have fun. Very easy going. Champagne aficionado and professional smart ass. I have one small QUIET and well dressed hypoallergenic dog named Cristal. She comes to work with me and I work M-F 9-5. You would have full use of the kitchen, I do cook quite often, especially love to smoke meat on my Traeger grill. Looking for a friendly, clean, and fun roommate. Must like wine 🍷
