I have 2 indoor rooms ones a basement for rent & a studio licated in the backyard for rent niether one has its own bathroom its all shared and ceaned up after yourself .i live in a nice established neighborhood with neighbors being her for over 30 years its nice quiet i have a driveway can be used for parking and parking infront of my house usually not a problem as l9ng as you place the garbage can infrong nonone uses it two spaces of parking infront if my house one car per renter your on your own i do not interfere with anyone your space you have im very eady going anything you need you come to me and i will do my best yo resolve any issyes you may have with whatever you find you need in your space otgerwuse no tenang has ever had a problem my past rentwrs moved out of state for tgeir job or moved closer to a job that was in diffrent licatuon my renters have been long term 7 up to 12 years so good place to live must see in person pucs dont say much
